SIMBA + Vonage
Enterprise telephony via Vonage with SIP-compatible signaling.
Vonage API docsConfigure Vonage to route inbound and outbound calls to SIMBA via SIP trunking or Voice API webhooks. SIMBA exchanges audio over a standards-compliant media stream and hands off call control (transfer, hold, DTMF) back to Vonage. Credentials are stored in the SIMBA dashboard and used when your agents call Vonage's REST API for SMS, conference, or number management.

Frequently asked questions
Does SIMBA handle Vonage NCCO directly?
Yes. SIMBA returns NCCO that bridges the caller to the assigned agent's media stream.
Can I port my Vonage numbers to SIMBA?
No port required. Keep the number at Vonage and point the webhook at SIMBA.
Connect Vonage in the dashboard
