SIMBA + SIP Trunking
Bring any SIP-compatible PBX, contact center, or carrier.
SIP Trunking API docsSIMBA speaks standards-compliant SIP over TLS with SRTP media. If your telephony vendor supports SIP trunking — nearly all enterprise carriers and PBXes do — you can route calls to SIMBA without a provider-specific integration. Inbound calls hit SIMBA's SIP endpoint with the caller's identity; SIMBA answers with the assigned agent.
What agents can do
- Direct SIP interconnect with your carrier or PBX
- TLS signaling + SRTP media
- Multi-tenant routing by DID or SIP header
Common workflows
Enterprise carrier
Keep your existing carrier contract; route AI-eligible DIDs to SIMBA.
PBX augmentation
Send overflow calls from your PBX to SIMBA when human agents are unavailable.
