SIMBA + SIP Trunking

Bring any SIP-compatible PBX, contact center, or carrier.

SIP Trunking API docs

SIMBA speaks standards-compliant SIP over TLS with SRTP media. If your telephony vendor supports SIP trunking — nearly all enterprise carriers and PBXes do — you can route calls to SIMBA without a provider-specific integration. Inbound calls hit SIMBA's SIP endpoint with the caller's identity; SIMBA answers with the assigned agent.

What agents can do

  • Direct SIP interconnect with your carrier or PBX
  • TLS signaling + SRTP media
  • Multi-tenant routing by DID or SIP header

Common workflows

Enterprise carrier

Keep your existing carrier contract; route AI-eligible DIDs to SIMBA.

PBX augmentation

Send overflow calls from your PBX to SIMBA when human agents are unavailable.

  1. 1
Open the SIP Trunking integration in the SIMBA dashboard.
  2. 2

Frequently asked questions

Do you support TLS 1.3 and SRTP?

Yes — both required for enterprise carrier interconnect.

Connect SIP Trunking in the dashboard

Bring your own credentials. SIMBA stores them server-side and your agents call SIP Trunking during conversations.
