Use a Slack Incoming Webhook URL to have SIMBA agents post call summaries, qualified-lead alerts, or escalations to any channel. For deeper integration (DMs, file uploads, slash commands), use a Slack Bot Token instead.

With a Bot Token, yes — events, messages, and files. The webhook URL is post-only.
